Object creates award-winning films, TV, and documentaries that are inspiring, intellectually gripping and emotionally driven.

Sean Richard is a Grierson-nominated documentary filmmaker and co-founder of Object Studios. He served as a Producer (PGA) on The Last First: Winter K2 (2026), directed by Emmy Award winner Amir Bar-Lev. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, was named by The Atlantic one of its "Top Ten Indies to Look Out For," and was subsequently acquired by Apple Original Films for global distribution. RogerEbert.com hailed it as "a harrowing blend of Free Solo and the Titan submersible disaster," and critics praised the film's unflinching examination of ambition and human endurance at the edge of survival.

Sean was lead producer and writer on Pistorius (an Amazon worldwide exclusive) and co-producer on the true-crime feature The Phantom (Greenwich Entertainment). He most recently produced Cantona, an all-access portrait of the Manchester United icon, which premiered at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival. The Telegraph awarded it five stars, calling it a "match-winning masterpiece," while The Hollywood Reporter described it as "pure cinematic cocaine." He also produced Intelligence Rising, an AI war-game documentary featuring Yuval Noah Harari that The Hollywood Reporter described as bringing together "the world's brightest minds" to confront "how artificial intelligence might reshape power itself." The film premiered at CPH:DOX and was acquired by ARTE.

Sean is currently in production on Monolith, a cinematic documentary about the making and legacy of 2001: A Space Odyssey, produced alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. He is also in production as writer and producer on a new global sports series directed by BAFTA- and Emmy-winning filmmaker Ian Bonhôte, and is producing a documentary on the Louvre heist. His work has screened at major international festivals including Sundance, Cannes, Tribeca, Venice, and the Berlinale.

Olive is a British-French documentary producer and director. She began her career working on The Great Green Wall (2018), a UN-backed feature documentary that premiered at the Venice Film Festival. She went on to direct short films for BBC World News about mental health, as well as two films for CNA, including Looted, which followed activists reclaiming stolen artifacts from Western museums. She has directed a shoot in West Africa for National Geographic/BBC Studios as part of their flagship HOME series, following two elephants that have lost their home to deforestation.

Olive is currently an Associate Producer on Object’s Winter K2 documentary and is a leading Development Producer across several projects on Object’s slate.

Marcus is an experienced corporate adviser, entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. Marcus began his career in private banking and wealth management, initially in sales and marketing and later as an investment analyst, at private merchant bank Duncan Lawrie. He moved to Sigma Technology Management where he invested in the TMT sector; became founding Director of Sales & Marketing of Home House; and then co-founded Edison Interactive Group, the owner of TV production company Done & Dusted, online broadcasting network Swtich2 and sports e-commerce site Kitbag. 

Marcus was formerly a non-executive director of The Arts Club (Dover Street) and Pulse Films, exiting on its sale to Vice Media. He is now on the board of Object devising private investment strategy and brand partnerships.

Simon is one of the most successful creative entrepreneurs in the UK and is a member of the UK Marketing Hall of Fame. His career includes launching Sega, being CMO of Sky, running Ginger TV in the 90’s (TFI Friday), and creating the first wave dot com giant Football 365. He was a founding investor and NED at Graze and Tails.com. Simon co-founded the brand LOVEFiLM, which was sold to Amazon, and is now Prime Video. For the last decade, he has been the Creative Lead for Amazon and the first and only person to date to be made Chief Creative Officer. He has been recognised with three Emmy nominations and hundreds of creative awards as well as creating billions of dollars of shareholder value. 

Simon joined Object in 2024 to help with build a brand funded slate, and enhance Object’s IP development across different media.

Eve Johnson is a passionate and ambitious video editor and production assistant with over three years of experience, working as a freelancer for various clients. Her most consistent client over the years has been The Open Data Institute, an organisation co-founded by Sir Tim Berners-Lee and Sir Nigel Shadbolt. She has delivered a range of short-form content, including documentary-style films, multi-camera panel discussions, and promotional videos.
